Russian Salad Olivie

For 4 persons


Ingredients
3 potatoes (boiled)
4 carrots (boiled)
100 gr. Garden Peas very fine KYKNOS
4 eggs (boiled)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
70 gr. pickled cucumber
200 gr. baked chicken breast
250 gr. Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (optional)
Salt, Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Boil the potatoes and carrots. Cut them into cubes.
Boil the eggs, clean them and grate them coarsely.
In a large bowl, put the boiled vegetables, eggs, peas, chicken cut into cubes and salt and pepper.
Mix and add the cucumber, the Garden Peas very fine KYKNOS and the Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS.

Taste and add extra salt and pepper if needed.
Can store in the refrigerator until serving.
