Salted cod with sauce

Ingredients
250g KYKNOS vegan mayonnaise
1 tsp KYKNOS mild mustard
2-3 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
Salt

Preparation
In a mortar, small blender, or even on the countertop, mash the garlic with the salt to create a paste.
(Remove the center of the garlic for a less intense flavor).
In a bowl, mix KYKNOS vegan mayonnaise, KYKNOS mild mustard and all the other ingredients and add the amount of lemon juice you prefer. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
