Preparation time: 20΄

Cooking time: 15’ – 20’

For 4 persons

2 chicken breast fillets
For the marinade
2-3 tbsp. Mustard MILD KYKNOS
Fresh thyme or rosemary
A little olive oil
Sweet or hot paprika
Salt, freshly ground black pepper
For the sauce 4-5 tbsp. Mustard MILD KYKNOS
2-3 tbsp. of yogurt
Lemon juice and zest
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Sweet or hot paprika
Freshly ground black pepper
For serving French Fries
Pies for souvlaki lightly baked
Salad with tomato and cucumber

Put all the marinade ingredients in a deep bowl and mix them. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and add to the marinade. Mix, cover with film and leave in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Then, we pass the chicken pieces through metal or wooden straws. Salt and grill them in our oven or on a grill for 8-10 minutes on each side, depending on how big we cut the pieces.

At the same time, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.

We serve the Greek chicken souvlaki while they are still hot, together with the sauce, fried potatoes, pies, salad and anything else we want.

If you use wooden straws, it would be a good idea to soak them in cold water first so that they don't burn you when baking.
