Ingredients
For the chicken
6 chicken thigh fillets
6 tbsp. Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
For the sauce
3 tbsp. Μustard Hot KYKNOS
4 tbsp. Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
1 orange (juice and zest)
1 tsp. sweet paprika
For the tacos
12 corn tacos or mini tortillas
1/3 small white cabbage
2 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
1 onion
4 limes
2 avocados
Olive oil
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
For the chicken
In a bowl, mix the Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS with all our other ingredients and add the chicken.
Line a tray with greaseproof paper and spread the chicken out.
Empty what's left in the bowl, brushing the chicken well.
Bake in a preheated oven in air and resistance for 20-25' at 200°.
For the sauce
Pour the Μustard Hot KYKNOS and Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS into a bowl and add the juice and zest from the orange, paprika and mix with a whisk.
For the tacos
Cut the peppers and onion into strips.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil, the peppers and the onion and saute until they soften a little.
Chop the cabbage, cut our limes into fillets and the avocados into strips.
Take the chicken out of the oven and cut it into strips.
We make our tacos by first putting the cabbage, then peppers and onions, then the avocado and finally the chicken.
Finally, put a good spoonful of the sauce on top and serve with the cut limes.
