For 2 tortillas
Ingredients
1 chicken breast fillet
3 tbsp. BBQ Sauce KYKNOS
4 slices of bacon
150 gr. grated cheese (gouda type)
1 Florin pepper
2 tbsp. Red Kidney Beans KYKNOS
2 tbsp. corn
4 tbsp. Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
2 large tortillas
Preparation
Cut the fillet into thin strips, add it to a bowl together with BBQ Sauce KYKNOS and mix.
Put a grill pan on medium heat and cook first the bacon and then the chicken.
Remove them and keep them on a plate.
Cut the pepper into thin slices.
Take the tortilla leaves and make a cut from the center outwards. Spread the cheese.
Place the incision on the tortilla sheet towards us and mentally divide the sheet into 4 pieces.
Put the pepper in the first, the chicken in the second, a spoonful of corn and Red Kidney Beans KYKNOS in the third and the bacon in the fourth.
Take the first and fourth pieces of the tortilla and fold them upwards.
Then fold in half again with the cut on the inside of the tortilla.
Rolled our tortilla like this and it looks like a crepa.
Lower the heat on the griddle and cook for another 2' on each side.
