Vegan Burger

For 2 persons


2 burger buns of our choice (wheat, multi-seed, brioche, etc.)
2 large portobello mushrooms
2 slices of veggie cheese on toast
1 tomato
4-5 lettuce or salad leaves
1 sliced onion
4 tbsp. Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Olive oil

For serving :
Fried Potatoes
Enough Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS


Clean the mushrooms, brush them with a little oil, season with salt and pepper and cook them in a non-stick pan or on a griddle, until they get colored on both sides.

Put a slice of "cheese" on top of each mushroom to warm up and melt a little, a few minutes before removing the pan from the heat.

Open the burger buns and spread them with plenty of Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS. Place the mushroom buns on the bottom and arrange the tomato slices, onion and salad on top. Cover with the top buns and serve.

Serve with fried potatoes and plenty of Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS to dip our potatoes.
