For 8 hot dog
Ingredients
For the coleslaw
1/4 white cabbage
1 lemon juice and zest
1 carrot
1 tbsp. chives (finely chopped)
3 tbsp. Μayonnaise Premium ΚΥΚΝOS
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
8 sausages
8 hot dog buns
Mustard Hot ΚΥΚΝOS
Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS
Preparation
Chop the cabbage and put it in a bowl.
Grate the carrot directly in the bowl with the thick part of the grater.
With the fine part of the grater, take the zest from the lemon and add it to the bowl.
Add Μayonnaise Premium ΚΥΚΝOS. Add the salt and freshly ground pepper and mix.
Put some water in a deep pan and place it on high heat. When it starts to boil, add the sausages.
After 1' we put a rack over the pan and place our buns. Cover them with a lid or another pan so that they are cooked by the steam.
After 1', turn off the heat and remove the lid. Take out the buns and open them carefully.
Add a spoonful of the coleslaw at the beginning, then the sausage and on top of the sausage put Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS and Mustard Hot ΚΥΚΝOS.
