Pasta salad with mayonnaise

For 8 persons


Ingredients
500g short pasta (farfalle, rigatoni, fusilli)
1 ½ cup of tea boiled corn
1 medium diced cucumber
250g gruyere cheese οr kasseri cheese (diced)
1 ½ cup of tea ham (diced)
2 cup of tea Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
1 cup of tea strained yogurt
2 colored peppers (diced)
½ bunch parsley (finely chopped)
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Boil the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water, following the instructions on the package. Drain them and pout them into a large, preferably glass, salad bowl or bowl.
Add the cubes of ham and cheese, cucumber, peppers, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, mix the Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS with the yogurt and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Add the mayonnaise mixture into the salad bowl and mix lightly. Serve immediately or keep the salad covered in cling film in the fridge.
